Your Dazibao jewelry has a 6-months warranty. If anything happens to your jewel during this period, we will be pleased to help you and to take care of your reparation. To do so, simply log in to your account, enter your order number and give us the details by e-mail. We will contact you as soon as possible, you will receive a confirmation email and a form to fill out and attach to your package. Your jewel must be returned at your expense and will be returned to you free of charge. The delay varies depending on the repairs. It will be mentioned during the confirmation email.
