Since each piece is hand-made to order, cancellations, changes or returns are not allowed for Dazibao items. Indeed, each jewel is sent in production once you proceeded to the payment of your order. We do not have stock. All articles are therefore a final sale.
However, if an item of this type is defective, contact us by e-mail at camille@dazibao-antwerp.com. We will take into account your request and will make a repair as soon as possible. The shipping costs to our Antwerp office is at your expense, the return is free of charge.
